Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice(optional)


  • 2 nos green chilli,chopped


  • 1 tsp kashmiri lal mirch


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp schezwan chilli sauce


  • 1 tbsp jakhiya


  • 1 tbsp schezwan tomato chutney


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp water


  • 4 nos aalu.medium sized

Directions

  • Take aalu and peel it of and wash them. Take a polybag add the aalu's and add a tspn water and tie a knot. Now put them into microwave oven and microvave it for 4 minutes.
  • Aalu is boiled now cut into slides or Your desired shape.Take a kadhai add in oil and heat it well
  • Now add cumin seeds, and jakhia toghether and after 30 seconds add haldi,garam masala,laal mirch, and salt. Mix well.
  • Now add schezwan chutney and chilli sauce and mix it.Now add some chopped green chillis and mix well.Now add boiled sliced aalu and mix with the mixture.
  • At last add some lemon juice (Optional) and mix it well.Cover with a lid a cook for some time
